Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items delivered

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Refunds

Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 90–100 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped.
