Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Farmont Agrotech shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
No Cancellation, Return, or Refund Policy
All orders placed on Farmont Agrotech are considered final.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.
Due to the nature of our food and agricultural products, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
