Due to the nature of our products, including Makhana, Flavoured Makhana, Makhana Chips, Makhana Laddu, and other edible items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

No Return & No Refund Policy

All food products sold by Farmont Agrotech are non-returnable and non-refundable after successful delivery. This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and, if approved, may offer a replacement or suitable resolution at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
