Despite Bihar being the world’s strongest hub for makhana, the industry faced:
Unorganized supply chains
Inconsistent quality for bulk buyers
Weak branding and digital presence
Limited global reach
The potential was massive—but direction was missing.

Being close friends for over five years, trust was never a question. Each founder complemented the other—vision, clarity, and execution working as one unit. This synergy became the backbone of Farmont Agrotech LLP.
In October 2024, that shared belief officially took shape with the incorporation of the company under RoC–Patna.
From Bihar to the World
Operating from Lakhnour, Madhubani (Jhanjharpur), Bihar, we built a professional system around a traditional product. By 2025, Farmont Agrotech LLP successfully supplied 2,840+ tons of raw makhana across India, while expanding into international export markets.
